Homework 

Spellings this week will focus on the ‘igh’ phoneme in words and variations may include ‘ie’ for fried, ‘i-e’ split digraph for time or ‘i’ on its own for kindly. Also, Abacus homework will allow the children to practise their time skills. Perhaps you could practise reading the time at home?
