Lydia VS Oleg
It was a really good, close game. In the first set Lydia took an early lead with Oleg only getting a few points in leaving Lydia winning the first set 11-5 Lydia.
The second set was the other way around Oleg took an early lead but then Lydia started to come back strongly just not strong enough so Oleg won the second set 11-8.
The third set was very interesting and well matched. There was long rallies as well as amazing shots but Oleg just managed to snatch the match right under Lydia’s nose. Oleg 12 Lydia 10.
George’s match roundup one: William Gibson vs Robby Butler
The match was played very well by two excellent players,Robby, who managed to get to the final in the last cup, and William, who has a unique talent and is a very experienced player. The first set was played in a very close knit fashion, with the end results being 11-9 to William, although things started of a little shakey, William managed to grab the points to make the set his own. The second set was also won by William but he had a hard time doing it because of Robby’s amazing defending skills, with the final result being 11-4 to William making him victorious. Hopefully everyone had a fun time playing because it was a very exciting match to watch!
The games were sooooo close! Now we’ve played the semi finals we know who’ll make the finals. Jake and Will did exceptionally well to get into the finals and we can’t wait to see who wins the whole Ladder League. I was watching them and they were so good throughout all of the matches, they deserved to win. Especially Jake’s game was brilliant and he never gave up, I could see he was trying his hardest. Good luck and well done to everyone who played. 🙂 😉
