I’m scared of spiders so a few years ago I went to London Zoo to try some hypnotherapy. I ended the day holding Freeda- a Mexican red kneaded tarantula! I’m still not keen but I faced my fears and don’t get so scared any more.
That is incredible! What a brave story! Something I may have to try as I am positively petrified!
