Next Week…

Next week are the Year 6 performances of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”. We have really enjoyed the rehearsals and know you have too. Everyone has a great smile on their faces and is really getting in to the spirit of the play. Well done to all those children who have learnt their lines so very well. Don’t forget to practise saying your lines at the weekend and use those loud voices that we are all very aware you have!

Remember the performances are at the following times and you will need to be in school in time to change into your costume.
Tuesday 19th July at 5:30pm
Wednesday 20th July at 2:00pm

Other notes

On Monday next week we will be taking part in our ‘Race for Life’ event on the school field. Make sure you have your PE kit with you and if you would like to, please bring in a £1.00 donation.

The Year 6 ice cream party on Wednesday has an enchanted forest theme. Please try to dress up for the occasion!

All Year Six parents are invited to the leavers’ assembly on Friday at 9am.

Please bring in a carrier bag to take home all your bits and pieces on Tuesday.

It will be Toy Day on Friday so please bring in a (not too valuable or precious!) toy or game to share with your friends. As usual, we would ask you not to bring in electrical toys or phones in case they get damaged or lost on the day.

Our school year will finish on Friday at 2.30pm
