Recreating the digestive system

In science this week we looked at the digestive system and what happens to food when it enters our body. We used a bag to act as the stomach then placed a piece of bread inside it. Next we added digestive juices (orange juice) to the stomach and squeezed it. We noticed that the bread turned into a liquid and therefore it would be ready to pass through into the small intestine.
