Well done to our 65 runners on Friday. I have made a note of how many laps you did. I wonder what your totals will be after 5 weeks.
Please remember to bring water and wear suitable clothing, especially footwear.

I did 20 laps and only a 10 second break.
I always bring water;do you have to wear a P.E kit?
I really liked running club 🙂 🙂
I had to leave early the first time so I don’t know what happened in the second half of it.
I did 2o laps.
I don’t have eny suitable footwear at the moment but I will get sum OK.
I did 15 laps but by the end I was really tired and sweaty.
Running club is really fun and good exercise,I’ve only done it once but I already love it!!
I can’t wait until we count how many laps we have at the end.
Water and sensible footwear is essential but I don’t mind if you wear a PE kit or not, as long as you are comfortable for running. In hot weather war something cool.
