Theatre Workshops

Yesterday the children of Class 2 had a very exciting day.  First the Year 1s joined forces with Class 3 and 4 and left school to walk to the Theatre Royal where they were put through their paces with a story telling workshop and then had to think of things starting with a specific letter and use their drama skills to become that object.  They returned to school lunch time and couldn’t wait to tell us everything that they had been doing.

It was the Reception children’s turn in the afternoon with the workshop leaders coming into school to visit us.  They also had to do some story telling and then try their best to move like different animals.  Which animal did you choose?  How did you move like them?
